Jess brings a dynamic and nontraditional career path that spans therapy, entrepreneurship, program coordination, project management, and account management — all unified by a consistent focus on improving systems, strengthening processes, and helping teams perform at their best.
Jess has worked as a therapist, owned and operated a boxing gym and e-commerce business, and led initiatives across coordination and account management roles. Across every position, she has prioritized building better systems and optimizing workflow while keeping the human side of change front and center. Her ability to blend operational strategy with thoughtful change management makes her uniquely positioned to support UberDisplays’ continued growth.
In her new role, Jess will lead business systems optimization and automation efforts that enhance collaboration, streamline project delivery, and support the company’s expanding portfolio of LED display video projects, video wall displays, and integrated video wall solutions. As demand grows for scalable video wall screens and advanced video wall solutions, her work will ensure internal processes evolve to meet the needs of clients and teams alike.
Jess was drawn to UberDisplays after working with the team externally and experiencing the company’s culture firsthand. She saw a group that works hard, values doing things well, and genuinely puts people first — a combination that aligned strongly with her own approach to leadership and operations.
