For venues of every size, your LED display isn’t just a screen — it’s how you sell sponsorships, set the atmosphere, and give fans an experience worth coming back for. Every hour it’s down, you’re losing something.
That’s why we don’t make you wait. When you call UberDisplays, you get a person — not a queue, not an automated system, not a ticket number. You get someone who can actually start solving your problem right now.
The following is from Dakota Michell, Assistant Director of Production Services at College Park Center in Arlington, TX, after UberDisplays helped resolve a critical display failure on game day.
“I cannot express how grateful I am for the UberDisplays team that helped us today. What was a simple fix became a 10-hour nightmare for me with a literal ticking clock of a tip-off.
Cole was incredible with helping me over the phone for hours, but I know he wasn’t the only one. In the background I heard several voices working the problem and providing help. You also had digital resources send out a tech to provide on-site assistance.
Right now, 6,500 are enjoying the game at CPC and not a single one knows what you and your team did to help make this experience happen for them.
The help and service we receive from you and your company is the reason we chose you and why I sing your praises to everyone I come across.”
— Dakota Michell | Assistant Director, Production Services, CPC
Any Manufacturer: We service LED panels from every major manufacturer — not just our own. Whether you bought your display from us or from a competitor, we have the parts, the test fixtures, and the trained technicians to diagnose and repair it. If we can’t fix it, it’s broken.
24/7 Support, Including Weekends and Holidays: We staff to make sure you reach someone. Not eventually — now. Our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. When your display goes down the night before an event, you won’t be waiting until Monday morning.
First Point of Contact Resolution: The person who answers your call is qualified to solve your problem. We don’t bounce you between departments or escalate you through three levels of support before anyone helps. Our technicians handle it — and when they need backup, they pull resources in while keeping you on the line.
Full Repair Tracking Every module that enters our facility is ticketed and tracked from the moment it arrives to the moment it ships back to you. You’ll know where your equipment is at every stage of the repair process.
Parts on Hand As an LED manufacturer, we maintain a broad inventory of components — modules, hub boards, power supplies, ICs, LEDs — ready to support repairs for a wide range of brands. We’re not waiting on a slow freight order to fix your display.
The most common path for LED repairs. Pull the affected modules and ship them to our repair center in Nashville, TN. Our technicians diagnose, repair, test, and return them — fully documented. Turnaround depends on volume: a handful of modules may be back in a few days; larger jobs typically take a couple of weeks.
For repairs that can't wait for a roundtrip shipment, we dispatch technicians to your location — anywhere in North America. Through our national service partner network, we can get qualified hands on your display quickly. On-site warranty service is available as an upgrade to standard coverage.
The UberDisplays Network Operations Center (NOC) continuously monitors connected displays for power status, data flow, and component health — detecting issues like failed power supplies, hub card interruptions, and data loss, often before they impact performance.

Scott Houser, VP of Service at UberDisplays, has 26 years in the LED display industry — starting as a field technician, then managing service offices, serving as a regional field service manager, and running service operations across Europe and North America before joining UberDisplays.
Our service team includes NOC technicians, field technicians, repair center technicians, and parts specialists. Everyone is trained to handle the full range of repairs — we don’t sort jobs into tiers and hand them off. When you call us, you’re talking to someone who can actually help.
We service LED anywhere in North America.
All of them. Our technicians are trained on UberDisplays product, but that training applies directly to competitor hardware. LED displays share a common architecture — modules, hub boards, signal cables, processors — and our team is equipped to work on displays from any manufacturer. Contact us even if you didn’t buy your screen from us.
It depends on volume. A small job — four or five modules — can often be turned around in a matter of days. Larger jobs typically take one to two weeks. If you’re working against a deadline like a game, event, or opening, we offer priority service to move your repair to the front of the line.
Our standard warranty on UberDisplays products covers parts and labor. If a module fails within the specified window, you pull it, ship it to us, and we repair and return it at no charge — no bench fees, no material costs. Extended on-site warranty options are also available if you want us to come to you instead.
Yes. Through our own technicians and our national service partner network, we can dispatch qualified service to your location anywhere in North America. On-site service is available both as a warranty option and as a paid service for out-of-warranty repairs.
Yes, and we do it regularly. We service competitor product for customers who want to experience how we operate — and we’re just as committed to quality on those jobs. To repair non-UberDisplays product, we may need test fixtures, hub boards, LEDs, or ICs specific to your manufacturer. If you have spare parts on hand, bring them — it significantly shortens turnaround time.
A pre-season health check is a comprehensive inspection of your entire display system before your season or event schedule begins. We check LED integrity, cabling, hub boards, power supplies, processor settings, firmware, and mapping — flagging anything that’s failing or running on a backup path. It’s available for all manufacturers, and it’s significantly less expensive than an emergency repair during your opening weekend.
Yes. Our service team is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. If your display fails on a Friday night before a Saturday game, call us. Someone will answer.
If a display is beyond repair, we’ll tell you honestly — and then help you find a replacement. We carry in-stock options across our indoor, outdoor, and sports LED lines that can often be configured to fit an existing installation footprint.
Every repair is tracked through our internal ticketing system from intake to shipping. You’ll receive updates as your job moves through the process. We’re also developing customer-facing repair dashboards to give you real-time visibility — that feature is coming soon.
Every electronic component has a failure rate — for a standard LED display, the industry expectation is roughly 2% component failure over the life of the display. That can mean a power supply, an LED, or an IC. As displays accumulate hours, these failures become more likely. It’s not a product defect; it’s the nature of the technology. What matters is having a service partner who can respond quickly when it happens. That’s us.
