UberDisplays is proud to announce the rollout of its new Network Operations Center, a dedicated facility designed to elevate the monitoring, maintenance, and long-term performance of LED display systems for customers across all industries. The NOC represents a major advancement in how LED systems are supported, combining real time monitoring, automated alerting, and AI powered service integration into one seamless platform.
The UberDisplays NOC connects every installed display, from smaller installations with standard controllers to large scale systems equipped with wireless onboard computers. This allows the NOC team to continuously monitor power status, data flow, component health, and potential outages. Issues such as failed power supplies, hub card interruptions, and data loss can be detected immediately, often before they impact system performance.
A key feature of the new NOC is its automated alert system. When the platform detects an abnormality, diagnostic information is pulled directly from NovaStar or Colorlight and sent into UberDisplays’ service workflow. Through AI assisted integration with MaintainX, the system generates precise service tickets and delivers notifications to both the UberDisplays support team and the customer. This ensures quick communication, fast response, and complete transparency throughout the service process.
The NOC also centralizes project information, including schematics, LED batch details, installation records, service contracts, and full service histories. With instant access to this data, UberDisplays technicians can resolve issues more efficiently while providing customers with stronger long term system support. The NOC will initially operate 40 hours per week with plans to expand coverage as the program grows.
