UberDisplays is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Kaderabek as Assistant Controller. Ryan brings a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience spanning Big 4 audit and private equity-backed organizations across healthcare and distribution.
Ryan began his career in Houston as an auditor at a Big 4 firm, where he focused on financial services clients including mutual funds and hedge funds. Following the pandemic, he relocated to Nashville to be closer to family and transitioned into accounting roles within PE-backed companies. He supported financial operations at an oncology treatment organization before moving into a financial reporting role at a PE-backed tool distribution company. Across each position, Ryan has built deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting.
He joins UberDisplays at an exciting stage of growth, drawn by the opportunity to expand and strengthen the company’s finance foundation. After meeting members of the leadership team during the interview process, Ryan was confident in both the company’s direction and its people-first culture.
As Assistant Controller, Ryan will help enhance financial reporting, improve internal controls, and support scalable processes to sustain UberDisplays’ continued expansion in LED display video, video wall displays, and integrated video wall solutions. His experience working within high-growth, private equity-backed environments positions him well to build the financial infrastructure needed to support increasing demand for advanced video wall screens and large-scale video wall solutions.
Ryan’s addition reinforces UberDisplays’ commitment to operational excellence as the company continues to grow its presence in sports, entertainment, and commercial LED display video markets.
